Role Overview
As a Sales Engineer at Luma Health, you will inspire confidence in customers and prospects by creating emotional resonance and ‘Aha’ moments in the sales process. You will engage with healthcare organizations to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and provide technical guidance and support to the sales team.
What You Will Do
You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions, assist in the development of customized solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of healthcare clients, and collaborate with the product development team to ensure seamless integration of our solutions with existing healthcare systems.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer in healthcare technology
- In-depth knowledge of one or more major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH)
- Proven experience with patient access and engagement workflows
- Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management concepts
- Comfortable discussing API and integration concepts
- Experience responding to RFPs and RFIs independently
- Strong discovery skills with the ability to map current-state workflows and connect pain points to product value
- Excellent presentation and demo delivery skills
- Actively uses AI tools to drive personal productivity
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
