Finance Operations Manager – Supply Chain Management

Role Overview

Own FINOPS execution across Area/Country with GSC partnership, including KPIs and performance visibility. Define clear end-to-end roles, governance, and execution standards. Lead a high-performing team with a continuous improvement mindset.

What You Will Do

Deliver functional training in collaboration with SMEs. Partner with Sales on upstream compliance (rate cards, contract management). Drive performance tracking through dashboards and insights. Foster innovation and operational excellence.
