Role Overview

As Field Sales Manager / Regional Sales Lead, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining our distribution network in Central Germany, strengthening contacts with decision-makers, and acquiring new trade partners. You will conduct sales talks, negotiate with retailers, and implement promotional measures to increase sales.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include regular visits to sales outlets, training sales staff, and close cooperation with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a self-motivated and sovereign individual with strong experience in the field and retail experience. You should have solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region and be fluent in German (min C1).

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education or comparable
  • Strong experience in the field and retail experience
  • Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region
  • Experience in the (zoo-) specialty trade or distribution of complex products (plus)
  • Fluent German (min C1)
  • Fixed residence in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, South Lower Saxony, East Hesse)
