Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, process orders, provide pricing and quotations, handle customer calls and emails, and become knowledgeable about our products and industry.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, inside sales, account management, or call center experience
• Building materials, lumber, construction, or related industry knowledge
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic math skills for pricing and quoting
• Ability to learn technical product information and communicate it confidently
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
