Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive agency partnerships with a strong focus on High-Net-Worth (HNW) segment growth, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL) solutions.

What You Will Do

Partner with agency leaders to drive HNW business growth, design and execute targeted sales initiatives and campaigns, build and strengthen agency capabilities, and analyze sales performance and pipeline data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency management within insurance/financial services
  • Proven track record in driving high-value sales and HNW client acquisition
  • Experience in selling or supporting wealth solutions such as IUL, UL, or investment-linked products
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and influencing skills
