Role Overview
The Specialist, Events & Demand Generation is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that drive qualified demand and pipeline growth for VIVOTEK USA. This role owns the strategy and execution of event marketing and demand generation campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment between digital programs, in-person experiences, and sales objectives.
What You Will Do
Own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, webinars, and integrated event follow-ups. Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 events, including trade shows, roadshows, partner events, and customer engagements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and event marketing
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person events that support pipeline growth
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Constant Contact)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
