Role Overview
Lead the national sales strategy for the professional channel, positioning Royal Canin as the preferred strategic partner of breeders, shelters, dog clubs, and associations dedicated to the well-being of dogs and cats. Design and drive innovative and sustainable business models that optimize the capture and effective recruitment of pets in our professional ecosystem at the national level.
What You Will Do
Lead the national sales strategy, design and drive business models, promote the Choose Health program, optimize qualitative recommendation sources, develop the commercial field team talent, and ensure the achievement of sales, coverage, and qualitative indicators.
Why It Might Be a Fit
More than 3 years of experience in similar leadership commercial and sales positions, preferably within the pet care industry or pharmaceutical companies. Demonstrable experience in sales planning, point-of-sale supervision, sales cost analysis, demand forecasting, and team development as a key strength.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related commercial areas
- Specialization in Sales, Commercial Relations, or Business Transformation
- More than 3 years of experience in similar leadership commercial and sales positions
- Advanced proficiency in English
