Role Overview
As a Sales Acceleration Growth Manager at Mars, you will drive accelerated and quality growth of the Limited Assortment Retail (LAR) channel by converting strategy, data, and market signals into decisive actions with measurable impact.
What You Will Do
Generate actionable insights, provide market and competitive observation, implement SRM strategic directions, equip KAMs with strong insights, and act as a connector between Sales and cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- University degree
- 3+ years’ experience in FMCG/CPG sales or demand
- 3 years in Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) or Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Proactive, agile, and able to influence change
