Role Overview
Lead commercial relationship and integrated P&L management for the Clubs Channel (Sam’s Club and Costco) clients. Responsible for negotiating commercial terms, driving profitable business growth, and leading a small team.
What You Will Do
Negotiate with clients, manage P&L, lead a team, and develop growth opportunities. Provide accurate demand forecasts, monitor inventory health, and identify risks of stockouts or overstocking.

Requirements
- More than 7 years of experience in commercial or key account management positions
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing accounts for the Clubs Channel in Mexico
- Proven track record of influencing internal teams to drive organic demand through clients
- Previous experience leading people (KAE, analysts, or multifunctional teams)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- MBA desirable
