Role Overview
Manage M&M’S and SNICKERS portfolio, develop and deliver end-to-end innovation, and build brand campaigns and occasions. Work with cross-functional teams to create integrated business plans and implement brand strategies.
What You Will Do
Develop brand strategy, collect and analyze market and consumer data, and recommend plans. Work with global and local teams to define innovation strategy and develop a 5-year innovation pipeline.
Why It Might Be a Fit
5+ years of marketing experience in MNC FMCG companies, knowledge of the Chinese market, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
