Role Overview
The Campaign Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing communications for a large-scale card migration program, ensuring customers experience a clear, timely and seamless transition. This role sits within a large, complex transformation initiative and is focused on delivering clear, timely and compliant customer communications throughout the migration lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver complex, multi-channel customer communications across the full migration lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and delivery partners. Manage creative development and media planning, meeting high-quality standards aligned with client needs.

Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing communications, lifecycle or customer marketing
- Demonstrated experience delivering communications in complex, regulated environments
- Background in Financial Services, Payments or similar industries preferred
- Relevant marketing degree or equivalent experience needed
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
