Role Overview

The Mastercard Canada Fintech & Ecosystem Enablement team is seeking a Director, Fintech Business Development to drive growth across a portfolio of strategic fintech partners. This role blends business development and account management, requiring an individual who can originate, structure, and execute new opportunities while deepening and expanding existing relationships.

What You Will Do

Own and grow a portfolio of fintech partners, drive new business development and account expansion, build and deepen senior-level relationships, develop and execute account strategies and pipelines, lead end-to-end deal execution, and collaborate cross-functionally with local and global teams.
