Role Overview

What You Will Do
Translate business priorities into data-driven, personalized customer communication journeys and funnel strategies, focused on conversion, adoption, and retention; Design, automate, and scale customer communication journeys across the lifecycle — from acquisition through to loyalty;
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of EITHER A degree in Marketing, Business Management, Technology, Data, or a related field with 5 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Customer Experience, or A Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Technology, Data, or a related field with 7 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Customer Experience.
