Role Overview
Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
What You Will Do
Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve results. Manage inventory levels, vehicle values, pricing strategies and merchandising efforts both virtually and physically. Oversee CRM usage to ensure proper follow-up processes and effective lead handling.
