Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive at McKesson Corporation is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by managing and expanding relationships with large, complex enterprise clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, positioning McKesson’s comprehensive healthcare solutions, and achieving sales targets within a defined territory.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and business objectives. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise accounts, including C-suite executives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA. Will be in the field 3-4 days per week. Ability to travel up to 50% as required. Company Car OR Car Allowance will be provided.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large, matrixed organizations
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
