Role Overview
The Marketing Director, Health Systems National Accounts is a senior strategic marketing leader who will work embedded with the Health Systems GPO leadership team to strengthen how enterprise capabilities, value, and differentiation are understood and positioned within priority Health Systems GPO and Federal Government partnerships.
What You Will Do
Own enterprise value positioning for National Accounts partnerships (GPO’s and VA), serve as a senior strategic advisor to National Accounts leadership, and partner on the design of strategic priorities and lead activation of sales and go-to-market initiatives.

- Deep knowledge of McKesson wholesaler economics and purchasing groups relationships
- Communication & Influence
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and ability to articulate complex messages in a simple, yet compelling way
- 8+ years in strategic marketing, enterprise strategy, or related roles operating in complex, matrixed environments
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders within the Health Systems leadership team
- Strong ability to translate enterprise capabilities into clear, compelling value narratives
- Proven experience working across multiple functions to drive alignment and consistency
