Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist II will support the sales organization by coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end sales process. This includes maintaining and optimizing CRM data integrity, monitoring pipeline health, and analyzing territory performance. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing CRM data integrity, monitoring pipeline health, analyzing territory performance, building dashboards and KPI reports, and supporting the creation and refinement of sales process documentation. The role also involves providing event planning support, managing internal sales calendars, and supporting project management for sales initiatives and system rollouts.

Requirements
- BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years’ of SME in respective areas
- Proficiency in MS Office / Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software a plus
