Role Overview

Reporting to the Manager Inside Sales, this position is responsible for contacting existing, inactive and prospective customers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, microelectronics and chemical industries. Perform outgoing calls managing existing business and generating new sales.

What You Will Do

Generate and provide pricing and quotes to customers, actively seeking prospecting and lead opportunities, establishing strong customer relationships, building customer solutions, and closing sales with new customers.

Requirements

  • Technical Degree or equivalent experience in science / technical field
  • 5-10+ years of technical sales experience
  • Strong Telephone / Email / Video Conferencing skills
  • Knowledge and experience with business software applications including MS Outlook Suite and virtual communication tools
