Role Overview
The Partnerships & Go-To-Market Associate will work in a hybrid environment in New York City, supporting partner relationships and driving business growth. The role requires 1-2 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, partnerships, or a related field. The associate will be responsible for managing inbound case management, conducting proactive check-ins with partners, and owning inbound demo requests.
What You Will Do
The associate will own day-to-day inbound case management, conduct proactive check-ins and engagement activities with partners, own inbound demo requests, and conduct outbound Voice of Customer calls with partner-referred clients.

Requirements
