Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to be the first team member on the ground in Vietnam. This is a founding role — you will be responsible for building the company’s presence, pipeline, and client relationships in the Vietnamese market from scratch.
What You Will Do
Identify, research, and map Vietnamese companies that fit the ideal client profile, conduct outreach and build relationships with decision-makers, lead discovery calls and initial meetings, build and manage a sales pipeline, and provide ongoing market intelligence.

Requirements
- Native Vietnamese speaker with professional-level English (written and spoken)
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management
- Familiarity with Vietnam’s business landscape
- Comfortable with outbound sales: cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, remote environment with minimal supervision
- Understanding of (or genuine interest in) branding, web design, digital marketing, or creative services
- Experience working with international companies or clients is a strong advantage

- Monthly Base USD $1,000 gross per month
