Role Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and enabling the sales team to operate efficiently and effectively. This role involves ownership of Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards, sales enablement, territory management, and data stewardship.
What You Will Do
Develop, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards, provide tools and resources to improve sales team productivity and performance, and maintain Salesforce data hygiene.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Advanced Salesforce CRM expertise, including report and dashboard development
- Experience analyzing sales performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, revenue trends, and funnel metrics
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Proven ability to influence and coach sales leaders on best practices related to sales process adherence, CRM utilization, and data hygiene
