Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and highly organized Growth Marketing Associate to support customer acquisition efforts across paid media channels. This role will be responsible for campaign execution, optimization, reporting, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient growth and achieve acquisition targets.
What You Will Do
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social and paid search channels, analyze campaign and channel performance, execute testing, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, and external partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field
- 1–3 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably within DTC e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads platforms
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution concepts
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Test-and-learn mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement
