Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-agency senior individual contributor to own the design, development, and continuous improvement of AI-powered tooling and automation across the full GTM stack. This role operates with significant autonomy and sets technical direction for GTM tooling.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives across marketing automation, quote-to-cash, sales lifecycle, and support operations. Design and build the GTM Engineering Platform, architect and ship AI-powered pipelines that replace manual GTM processes.

Requirements

• Seven or more years delivering production software with measurable business outcomes in a product-driven company
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, startup, or scale-up
• Hands-on experience building against CRM and GTM platform APIs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Fluency with LLM APIs and production AI workflows
• Track record of leading complex, cross-functional automation initiatives with direct commercial impact
• Active practitioner of modern AI development tools including Claude, Lovable, Cursor, or equivalent
