Full-Time Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Manager leads a high-performing selling culture across the store, driving strong sales results and an engaging customer experience. This role oversees front-end and service operations, ensuring consistent execution of selling behaviors, brand standards, and operational expectations.

What You Will Do

Assist Store Manager, lead execution of class and in-store events, manage shrink and safety programs, assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, train and coach the customer experience team, and serve as Manager on Duty.
