Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations. Lead omnichannel processes, maintain store recovery standards, and ensure compliance with laws and Company policies.
What You Will Do
Manage team, achieve KPIs, plan and lead events, execute shrink and safety programs, assist with cash reconciliation, inventory processes, and onboarding of new Team Members.
