Role Overview

We are recruiting Business Development Managers to explore and expand into new markets and drive profitable growth across strategic and direct end-user accounts. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on new business development, national account management and commercial leadership to build a competitive position for our technical solutions within the transport and fleet sector.

What You Will Do

Manage an active sales pipeline, develop new business opportunities, qualify and screen potential deals, source and engage potential partners and customers, close new business, and lead and guide Account Managers.

Proven sales experience and customer management skills, strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, self-starter who can work autonomously, and ability to travel approximately 6–8 days per month.
