Role Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth, competitiveness, and overall success. The role explores and assesses new business opportunities, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and expansion strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. The role oversees a team of managers and senior individual contributors contributing to the development of organizational strategy and business plans execution.
What You Will Do
Leads critically important, higher impact, time-sensitive efforts to identify new business strategies and opportunities. Manages highly complex strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions projects, business development, and large-scale transformation.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field. The candidate will have a strong leadership background, with experience in talent management, recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
