Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our marketing independently forward for our monday.com business area. You will be responsible for the marketing and go-to-market strategy, developing positioning, messaging, and value proposition, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing and managing targeted content, planning and managing LinkedIn ad campaigns, and close cooperation with sales, consulting, and monday.com to identify market potential and develop joint growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing for software, SaaS, or IT solutions
- Proven success in marketing complex software solutions
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and planning and implementing marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of IT decision-makers, modern B2B customer journeys, and data-driven marketing
- Safe handling of marketing and CRM tools such as CleverReach, Google Analytics, or comparable solutions
- Very good German and English skills
