Role Overview
Support sales operations through administrative coordination, reporting, data management, process support, and day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operation of sales processes. Work closely with internal teams across the company and contribute to initiatives that improve sales efficiency, data accuracy, and team enablement.
What You Will Do
Assist in preparing reports and summaries of sales activities, monitor sales performance metrics, coordinate internal training schedules, support onboarding process for new sales team members, maintain and update CRM records, and facilitate customer satisfaction issue resolution.

Requirements
- 1+ experience in an office sales support/administrative role supporting sales teams

- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- Proven organizational skills and time management abilities
- Experience in putting together power point presentations
- Excellent professional, personable written and oral communication
- Proficient with basic computer hardware and software
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
