Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer journey, identifying high-growth opportunities and aggressively optimizing the channels that move the needle. You will be responsible for managing and scaling key digital channels, establishing a rigorous test-and-learn framework, and proactively identifying and fixing attribution leaks.
What You Will Do

You will also be responsible for driving the final sprint for our new website launch, ensuring a seamless, on-time and on-budget launch, and proactively identifying and fixing friction points to guarantee the new site delivers a measurable lift in conversion rate from day 1.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth hacking
- Proactive and assertive mindset with a constant focus on optimization and continuous improvement
- Highly data-driven with the ability to navigate GA4, Looker, and Excel to uncover insights and identify trends
- Able to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that support strategic decision-making
- Strong ability to present insights, recommendations, and performance trends in a way that engages and influences stakeholders
- Comfortable identifying when a strategy is underperforming and proactively presenting actionable solutions and next steps
- Proficient in ad platforms (Meta, Google), analytics tools (GA4, Looker), native ad managers, project management tools such as Asana and Monday.com, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo)
