Role Overview
The Sales Manager will achieve and exceed individual sales and activity targets through dealer-focused and project-focused activities. The role involves generating leads, applying challenger selling, and maintaining regular contact with dealers to drive opportunities. The position is responsible for creating demand for MillerKnoll products, both in partnership with dealers and independently, while coordinating internal and external resources to support sales opportunities.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will achieve the financial sales goal by building a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with designated Dealer/s through the provision of day-to-day problem-solving solutions and the provision of opportunities. The role also requires providing timely and accurate sales forecasts, as well as sharing relevant market and customer insights.

Requirements
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung/ Degree in Business Administration/Engineering
- Several years of experience or higher educational level appreciated
- Proven track record in generating new business for a minimum period of 5 years
- Driving licence (6 points maximum)
- German driving licence (Führerschein Klasse B)
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
