Sales Operations – Business Intelligence Engineer II

Role Overview

As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will help design and deliver solutions that enable smarter, faster decisions across functions. You will work closely with business partners to understand analytical needs and contribute to building trusted data assets, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in BI development, data analytics, or data visualization roles
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with dimensional modeling and semantic layers
• Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks
• Experience working within Agile development processes
• Ability to interpret trends and communicate basic insights to stakeholders
• Demonstrates a growing understanding of business processes and how analytics influence decisions
