Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales operations within an assigned region, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing and mentoring sales teams, developing regional sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent market expansion and business performance.
What You Will Do
Develop & implement regional development plans, promote electric motorbikes with dealers, analyze sales data and ground knowledge to identify trends, opportunities and challenges, manage sales/after-sales teams, and execute promotional campaigns.
