Role Overview
As a Director, Revenue Operations, you will lead the evolution of the RevOps function toward a centralized and intelligence-driven operation, enabling Sales Leaders to run their business with greater autonomy and confidence. You will be a key driver of Mirakl’s AI transformation and a senior voice in executive decision-making.
What You Will Do
Architect and deploy the AI-powered revenue engine, drive global business monitoring and executive decision-making, build operational excellence across the full revenue cycle, enable new GTM motions and product launches, and lead a global RevOps team of ~10.

Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of leading multi-functional, internationally distributed teams through periods of transformation
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and data governance, including data architecture, CRM hygiene and API integrations as the foundation for AI deployment
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making by translating commercial data into strategic narratives
