Moka.Care is a mental health solution for companies, with a mission to nurture healthy minds to foster healthy organizations. We’re looking for a marketing leader to scale our growth and pipeline generation efforts, strengthen commercial execution, and build a leading brand for HR and People teams.
What You Will Do
Lead Moka.Care’s growth and pipeline generation, define growth and lead generation priorities, scale a predictable pipeline generation engine, improve acquisition efficiency, and strengthen alignment between Marketing, BDR, and Sales teams.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including leadership roles
- Strong track record in demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue-focused marketing
- Experience leading or working closely with BDR/SDR teams and outbound pipeline generation
- Highly data-driven and comfortable working closely with funnel performance and GTM metrics
- Strong brand sensibility and understanding of positioning and messaging
- Fluency in both French and English
