Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will drive Mollie’s expansion in the French market by identifying and connecting with high-potential businesses. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and hit your revenue targets.
What You Will Do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, drive high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns, conduct discovery calls, lead commercial and contractual negotiations, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams.

Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle outbound sales, specifically within the French market
- A track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
- Mastery of multi-channel prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools like Salesforce, Bigmind, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Native or professional-level fluency in French and English
