Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with our organization’s most important clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding their needs and aligning our products or services to meet those needs.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support, and identify opportunities to expand the range of products or services offered to key clients.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for client needs and priorities, and working closely with the Business Development team to upsell and cross-sell additional offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering or other related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or customer relationship management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving client satisfaction and business growth
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
