Account Manager (Residential)

Role Overview

We are looking to hire an Account Manager with 2 or more years experience in software sales. The role is based in the London office and involves building mutually beneficial relationships with decision makers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention and account development.

What You Will Do

Professionally representing MRI and building mutually beneficial relationships with decision makers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention and account development. Maximising opportunities for repeatable licence revenues and recommending appropriate solutions and negotiating acceptable terms with the client.

• Good attention to detail and a desire to see a task through to completion
• Ability to organise/manage own workload and use initiative to create opportunities
