Role Overview
We are looking for a Hybrid Account Manager who can create advocates in the marketplace for the MRI brand, reduce the attrition rate of existing customers through open and regular communication, drive whitespace revenue into existing customer accounts through new feature uptake, partner integrations and new logo attainment.
What You Will Do
Maintain relationships with existing customers through online and face-to-face interaction, act as a “solutions expert” in helping customers with their unique business issues and strategic initiatives, drive and manage the sales process, and facilitate the sales administration process in company CRM.

Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience in the software industry or similar
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is essential
- Experience with MRI CRM Software & Website solution or similar real estate SaaS solutions
- Ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Demonstrated track record in adding value through client relationship to increase the revenue over a sustained period, exceeding sales targets with the ability to work with the key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience sales CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot) is essential
