Role Overview

Join our team as a Brand Manager (Companion Animals) and play a key role in bringing our future-ready go-to-market model for Companion Animals to life. You will translate global and regional strategies into relevant, insight-driven campaigns tailored to the Dutch market, enabling the successful rollout of marketing initiatives, events and strategic programs.

What You Will Do

As a Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of high-quality, engaging content across channels and customer segments, own end-to-end campaign delivery, and design and implement integrated omnichannel campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, brand management or a related role, ideally within animal health, healthcare or a similar environment
  • Experience developing and executing omnichannel campaigns, with a strong sense for storytelling and brand consistency
  • Ability to translate complex or scientific information into clear, engaging messages for both professional and consumer audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and timelines
  • Data-informed mindset, comfortable using insights and performance metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams, functions and diverse customer groups
  • Creative thinker who is proactive, curious and open to testing new ideas and approaches
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (both written and spoken); additional languages such as French are a plus
