Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of marketing initiatives, guaranteeing speed, consistency, and alignment with the commercial objectives of the franchise. This role acts as an operational / analytical hub, connecting strategy, field execution, and result tracking, with a clear focus on impact on adoption, conversion, and brand performance.
What You Will Do
Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinate agencies and internal teams, manage promotional materials, ensure brand consistency, coordinate with commercial teams, monitor deployment of initiatives, track key performance indicators, support analysis of campaign performance, and manage project timelines.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or commercial areas, experience in project coordination and campaign execution, and intermediate English. The role offers a fixed-term contract for 2 years and a hybrid work arrangement.
