Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Lead to work as part of a national marketing team but primarily support our Kansas City and Lawrence studios. This position will be responsible for the writing and production of proposals and other marketing materials, as well as the collection, organization, and maintenance of related project, client, and pursuit information.

What You Will Do

Develop marketing materials, lead strategy sessions, collect project details, manage multiple deadlines, and work with architectural staff.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in AEC industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in journalism, communications, liberal arts
  • InDesign proficiency
  • Strong technical writing and editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work with architectural staff to collect essential project details and stories
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • An eye for editorial detail and graphic consistency across materials; an interest in design and design issues
  • Confident and respectful communication skills; happy to work with various people and personalities; a friendly, collaborative demeanor
