Commercial – Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Become a Commercial – Product Marketing Manager with MPAC, shaping and growing the marketing portfolio from the ground up, establishing strategies, frameworks, and processes that drive market awareness, client adoption, and business growth in public and private sector markets.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7 years of progressive experience in product or commercial marketing, digital marketing strategy, or related marketing roles, preferably within B2B, SaaS, data, technology-enabled services, or combined public/private sector environments
• Proven ability to develop and lead integrated multi-sector marketing strategies that drive commercial growth, client engagement, and market positioning in professional markets
• Experience supporting procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and bid submissions
• Experience executing integrated marketing and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to develop product messaging, sales enablement tools, and commercialization materials for technical products
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, digital analytics tools, and content management systems
