Role Overview

Mustang Cat is hiring a Rental Inside Sales Representative to support customers across the construction, industrial, and infrastructure industries. The role involves helping customers identify the right heavy equipment rental solutions, managing orders from inquiry to invoice, and providing excellent service and timely communication.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include serving as the primary customer contact, assisting customers in selecting the right construction equipment for rental, supporting Outside Sales Representatives, dispatching haul trucks, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment using internal rental software.
