Role Overview
As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll work as a member of the Marketing team where you’ll share responsibility for driving funnel efficiency, pipeline acceleration, marketing systems, and data for marketing metrics. You’ll partner with Revenue Operations, Business Operations, and Marketing to own sales and marketing processes development and efficiency.
What You Will Do
You’ll lead the implementation and optimization of technology tools, systems, platform integrations, and leverage them to drive marketing team output. You’ll also plan, build, implement, and maintain all marketing operations, marketing automation, and email marketing.

- 9+ years of experience managing B2B tech stack
- CRM Systems: Salesforce
- Marketing Automation: Marketo Certified
- Lead routing: LeanData, Clay, Hockeystack
- Asana and reporting: Domo, Google Analytics, Excel
- Experimental channels: Quora, Instagram, YouTube
- A data-driven approach to marketing and conversion
- An iterative builder’s mindset
- Ability to lead strategically and execute effectively across multiple functions
