Role Overview
Lead business expansion, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives. Define and execute geographic expansion strategies across local, regional, and international markets. Build and maintain high-level relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Identify and acquire new business opportunities, lead negotiations, and convert strategic opportunities into scalable, revenue-generating outcomes. Establish operational and partnership frameworks for new locations. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on growth and expansion strategy.

10–15 years of experience in business expansion, partnerships, or corporate development. Proven track record in geographic expansion and strategic deal execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field
- 10–15 years of experience in business expansion, partnerships, or corporate development
- Real estate, investments, or adjacent industries experience preferred
