Role Overview

Lead business expansion, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives. Define and execute geographic expansion strategies across local, regional, and international markets. Build and maintain high-level relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Identify and acquire new business opportunities, lead negotiations, and convert strategic opportunities into scalable, revenue-generating outcomes. Establish operational and partnership frameworks for new locations. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on growth and expansion strategy.

Why It Might Be a Fit

10–15 years of experience in business expansion, partnerships, or corporate development. Proven track record in geographic expansion and strategic deal execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in business expansion, partnerships, or corporate development
  • Real estate, investments, or adjacent industries experience preferred
