Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building new growth fields beyond the core business, whether new markets, strategic partnerships, new sales channels, or further scalable business models. You will develop opportunities with clear logic, take over the end-to-end ownership for selected initiatives from identification to operational setup, and bear the P&L responsibility for the areas you build.
What You Will Do
You will take over the independent development and implementation of selected strategic initiatives from the first idea to the operational setup, bear the P&L responsibility for the areas you build, and lead new areas long-term as a lead or hand them over structured to a dedicated owner.

Requirements
- 4-5 years in Business Development or Strategy
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Negotiation skills

- Stakeholder management
- Independence
- Industry experience in D2C, Consumer Brands, or Health/Wellness
- AI affinity
- Fluent German, English negotiable
