Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our team. As an analytical and problem-solving individual, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline reporting, and develop scalable processes that enable business growth.
What You Will Do
You will lead monthly and daily sales forecasting processes, develop and maintain sales reporting, identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- Degree in business or other role relevant degree
- 3+ years sales or distribution experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, specifically proficient in a Windows based system using MS Office Suite products, including Power Point with advanced Excel skills
- Sales & manufacturing related software (ERP systems)
