Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager with a strong legal background and proven business development experience to join our client`s growing team. You will play a key role in driving new client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting legal and corporate structuring processes.

What You Will Do

Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing new business opportunities. Conduct discovery calls and in-person meetings to identify client needs and align solutions with company service offerings.

Must have qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Law, 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing commercial, business development, or legal role, and fluency in both English and Portuguese.

Benefits

  • USD $2,000–$2,500/month base salary
  • uncapped 10% referral fee on net fees generated from directly originated and closed clients
