Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator / RevOps Specialist to join our client`s growing Revenue Operations team. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce environment, supporting internal analytics initiatives, and ensuring the integrity of critical revenue data.

What You Will Do

Configure and maintain Salesforce, manage user setup, build and maintain reports and dashboards, support data hygiene initiatives, troubleshoot Salesforce issues, and document system configurations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong Salesforce configuration skills
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Working knowledge of SOQL, SQL, or similar database query languages
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management and data quality best practices
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and consistently execute assigned work
